Terms of Service

For information regarding Commercial Use refer to the Commercial Use Policy section further down.GENERAL TERMS1. The commissioner receives a digital drawing. No shipping is required.2. I am allowed to refuse your commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.3. Please do not rush me. Depending on the complexity of the commission it can take from 1 week to 6 months to finish.4. Delivery is done via E-Mail (file size <25 MB) or a pCloud link to a zip-File of your commission which is only accessible for 1 month. It will contain a watermarked version of your commission and one without it for personal use. I will delete the file in my pCloud after 1 month so make sure to download your commission in time!

SERVICE

PAYMENT1. Payment is via PayPal invoice. So please have your PayPal E-Mail ready since I will send an invoice once a price is decided.2. The currencies I accept are Euro (EUR) and US-Dollar (USD).3. I do not accept crypto currencies.4. Once I receive 50% or 100% of the full commission price as upfront payment I will start the commission.5. If only 50% was paid upfront the remaining 50% must be paid after the sketch is approved and before I finalize your commission. Otherwise, the commission is automatically canceled.COPYRIGHT, CREDITS & USAGE1. The artwork you receive may be used for personal purposes ONLY. Different prices apply to commercial artwork. Refer to the Commercial Use Policy section for more information in that regard.2. You are prohibited from using the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.3. You do not hold the right to use the artwork for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.4. I can repost your commission piece on my social media and include it in my portfolio. I will not reproduce the piece for profit as merchandise unless given permission by the commissioner.5. You will receive both an unwatermarked and a watermarked version. If you want to display the artwork online please only upload the watermarked version and credit me! The unwatermarked versions are for private use.6. You are prohibited from (re-)selling the artwork in any form (physically, NFT etc.) for profit.PROCESS1. After a price is agreed on I will send a PayPal invoice to you.2. The commissioner (you) sends 50% or 100% of the commission price and I confirm receipt of payment.3. Within 1 month after your initial payment you will receive a sketch of your commission.- 3a. A sketch includes the rough composition with the light source and shadow placements. It consists of 3 colors at maximum to distinguish between fore-, middle- and background.- 3b. You can ask for 3 major revisions at maximum without an additional fee. For every additional revision afterward you will be charged a flat fee of 5 Euro.4. Once the sketch is approved and the remaining commission price is paid I will continue working on your commission to finish it. Major revisions after the approval of the sketch are not possible.5. I will send you a Work in progress (WIP) upon completing the stages line art, flat color and shading. Keep in mind that those WIPs are a preview of your commission so they are smaller, have a WIP-watermark on it and are in jpg-Format.- 5a. You can ask me for more WIPs outside the benchmark-WIPs I already provide. However, please refrain from asking me too frequently.- 5b. While reviewing the WIPs you can ask for small corrections.6. Upon finishing your commission I will show you a preview of the finished piece with the same quality as the WIPs. At this stage you can ask for small corrections.7. I will Glaze the final commission piece and the watermarked version.8. When the final preview is approved you will receive an E-Mail with a zip-File of your commission attached to it or a pCloud link to a zip-File of your commission which is only accessible for 1 month. It will contain a watermarked version of your commission and one without it for personal use. I will delete the file in my pCloud after 1 month so make sure to download your commission in time!REFUNDING AND CANCELINGMy drawing stages are as followed: Sketch, line art, flat colors, shading.1. Canceling before receiving the first version of the sketch: Full refund in any case2. Canceling after receiving the first version of the sketch:
- If 50% paid upfront: No refund.
- If 100% paid upfront: 50% of total commission price refunded.Note that receiving the very first version of the sketch is the benchmark regardless of whether you approve of the sketch or want revisions.
Denying paying the remaining 50% of the total commission price (when only 50% of it was paid upfront) will cancel the commission automatically.3. Canceling after the approval of the sketch: No refund in any caseCOMMERCIAL USE POLICYThe above Terms of Service still apply except that you are now allowed to make profit of the artwork.The price of a commercial commission is 200% to 300% of the total commission price.1. You are allowed to use the artwork to sell on products in mass such as album covers, merch, keychains etc. Giving credit to me is still appreciated.2. You can use the artwork as assets in your streams and videos.3. However, you still do not hold the right to use the artwork for artificial learning programs / AI datasets / AI tools or using the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency and any present or future inventions in the space.If you have further questions regarding my Terms of Service or my commissions in general feel free to ask me!Now, if you commission me outside of VGen or Ko-fi and have read through the whole Terms of Service please include the code words "cookie-panda" in your commission request so I know that you have read it!Click here to return to the beginning of the Terms of Service
